# Dynamic Social Media Portfolio: Product Terms and Commercial Licence

Version 1.0
Effective date: 1 October 2026

These terms apply to your purchase and use of Dynamic Social Media Portfolio (the Product) from Kongwa Tech Ltd, trading as Bosi University (Bosi University, we, us or our). Bosi University is owned and operated by Kongwa Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17212372. Its registered office is 43 Castle Avenue, Rochester, England, ME1 2DU. You can contact us at lubosi@kongwatech.com.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using the Product, you agree to these terms. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

## 1. What you receive

Your purchase includes the version of the Product described on the product page at the time of purchase. It currently includes:

- the Claude skill and Cowork prompts;
- the working portfolio template and demo;
- the analysis and weekly refresh workflow;
- the deployment guide; and
- the client-service and brand-pitch workflow.

The Product is a digital toolkit. It is not a managed service, agency service or promise that we will build, operate or maintain a portfolio for you.

## 2. Requirements and third-party services

The Product may require third-party services such as a paid Claude plan with Cowork, Apify, Cloudflare and Node.js 20 or later. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, limits and charges. They are not included in the purchase price unless the product page expressly says otherwise.

We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will remain available, compatible or unchanged. You are responsible for creating and securing your accounts, keeping credentials private, and paying third-party charges.

## 3. Your commercial licence

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

- use and customise the Product for yourself or your own business;
- create, deploy and manage customised portfolios for your clients;
- charge clients for your strategy, setup, customisation, deployment, maintenance or other services using the Product; and
- use the outputs you create as part of your own work or client delivery.

This is a licence to use the Product and deliver services with it. Ownership of the original Product and its underlying materials does not transfer to you.

## 4. What you may not do

You may not:

- resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, publish or give away the Product, its ZIP, source files, prompts, skill, templates or substantially similar modified versions as a standalone digital product, template, skill, course, download or competing toolkit;
- upload the Product or its source materials to a public repository, file-sharing service or marketplace;
- make the Product available to another person except where access is reasonably necessary for your team or client to receive a service you are delivering;
- remove ownership or licence notices, or claim that you created the original Bosi University materials; or
- use the Product in a way that breaks the law, infringes another person's rights, breaches a platform's terms, or collects data without the necessary permission.

You may sell a genuine service or customised client implementation built with the Product. You may not simply repackage or lightly modify the Product and sell it as your own digital product.

## 5. Your responsibilities

You decide how to configure, deploy, market and use the Product. You are responsible for:

- checking that your use is suitable for your business and clients;
- obtaining permission before analysing or processing accounts or data you do not own;
- complying with privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, advertising and platform rules that apply to you;
- checking AI-generated analysis and content before relying on, publishing or delivering it;
- the promises, prices, advice and results you offer to clients; and
- backing up your work and protecting API keys, login details and other confidential information.

The Product is general educational and technical material. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

## 6. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee revenue, clients, sales, reach, platform approval, uninterrupted operation or any other business result. Examples, demonstrations and potential use cases are illustrative only. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your execution, offer, audience, data, third-party services and market conditions.

## 7. Support and updates

Your purchase includes the Product version and any support expressly described on the product page. Reasonable setup questions may be asked in the relevant Bosi University Discord product thread while that support channel remains available.

Unless the product page expressly says otherwise, the purchase does not include private consulting, custom development, guaranteed response times, lifetime support or every future version. Private advisory work is a separate service.

## 8. Price, delivery, cancellation and refunds

The price and delivery method are shown at checkout. Access is normally supplied immediately after successful payment.

By requesting immediate access to the digital Product, you expressly consent to digital delivery beginning immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right is lost once access or downloading begins. This does not remove any legal remedy you have if the Product is faulty, not as described or if another mandatory right applies.

**No returns or refunds after digital delivery.** Because this is an instant-access digital Product, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds once access or downloading has begun. This includes change of mind, failure to use the Product, failure to meet clearly listed technical requirements, or failure to achieve a particular business result. This rule does not apply where a refund or other remedy is required by law, including where the Product is faulty or not as described, or where the payment platform's binding rules require otherwise.

## 9. Intellectual property

Bosi University and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the Product, including the original files, source materials, structure, prompts, skill, templates, branding, documentation and updates. You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials and the original client data and content you lawfully add.

Feedback you voluntarily give us may be used to improve the Product without payment or obligation to you, but we will not knowingly publish your confidential client material as part of that feedback.

## 10. Suspension and termination

Your licence ends if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach after we ask you to do so, where the breach can be remedied. A deliberate unauthorised resale or public redistribution may result in immediate termination.

When the licence ends, you must stop using and distributing the Product and delete copies you control. Completed client work already delivered may remain in use, but you may not create new work with the Product after termination.

## 11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- we are not responsible for how you or your clients use, modify, market, sell or deploy the Product;
- we are not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, data supplied by you, or third-party charges;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from use of the Product; and
- our total liability arising from the Product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Product.

If you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable third-party losses and legal costs caused directly by your unlawful use, unauthorised resale or material breach of sections 3 or 4. This does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by us.

## 12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers keep any mandatory right to use the courts and protections of the country in which they live.

## 13. Changes to these terms

The version accepted at checkout governs that purchase. We may update terms for future purchases, but we will not materially reduce an existing paid licence retrospectively without your agreement unless a change is required by law.

## 14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to lubosi@kongwatech.com.
